A very pleasant stay! The staffs are accommodating to guests needs and creature comforts. Though the kitchen utensils should be included in the room without any additional charge. In all; staffs were pleasant and professional. I like it. I recommend this place.

The hotel was very poor compared to the price. The smell of cigarettes was so strong that I don't smoke and my child and the rest of the family didn't like it so I wanted a room change, but I just pretended not to know and didn't respond even when I used Google Translator. I made a reservation here to use the swimming pool, but they said it would be open until 5 o'clock on a weekday, but there was no detailed or proper explanation at the hotel reservation office until 10 o'clock the next day. We were checking out at 11 o'clock, and my family went down first and was in the lobby, and I came down later. Even though 20 minutes had not passed, they charged an extra hour and asked the staff for their name and position, but they looked at the guest and made no reply. The worst experience I have ever had while staying at a Fukuoka hotel. The staff's response and friendliness are the worst. Hotel service I wonder if there are any other hotels that do this. If I don't like it, I can stop going, but this is still so bad for people who work in the service industry. I came here because my mood was ruined. Haha.

The room is big and nice. The hotel is also very close to the beach, just over 10 minutes away. The hotel's swimming pool is charged, and the most incomprehensible thing is that it closes at 5 pm. The atmosphere is so good at night, but swimming is not allowed🏊♀️

Although it is not close to the subway station, there are many things to eat, drink and play around. Fukuoka Tower, museums, and beaches are all very close. If you are not in a hurry to catch a plane or train, just want to spend a quiet and leisurely vacation, this is also a cost-effective choice.

I'm grateful that I could stay in such a spacious room for such a cheap price. There are five towers on the premises, and the parking lot was far from the building where I stayed, so it was a hassle to get there. There were many luxury cars parked there, and that alone showed me how great this place is.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but it's a bit disappointing that the toilet and bathroom are in the same room. There wasn't a single hanger in the closet, it was worse than a cheap business hotel. I was surprised that the door had a card key but wasn't an auto-lock. As it is a building from the bubble era, the facilities are a bit old. I also used the parking lot (1,500 yen per night), and although check-out was at 11am, the parking lot was open until noon, so I was able to walk around the area after checking out, which was nice.

There was a mini kitchen, so I thought I could cook, and bought some deli food at the nearby supermarket, but there were no dishes, cooking utensils, spoons, forks or chopsticks, so I was at a loss as to how to eat what I bought. If you want to eat deli food in your room, I recommend getting chopsticks from a convenience store or supermarket.

There was a live performance at Zeep and I used it. The bed was huge and the room was more than enough for one person.
