Pros: Great location, close to everything and Tenjin station reasonable price Cons: There was a strong toilet smell when I reached the room, there are rubbish on top of the shelf The mattresses are hard and can hear the spring sound and feel the spring, therefore it’s hard to sleep well.

We stay here for 3 nights. When we arrived is around 09.00 must wait for check in until 15.00. And we only met the tablet for check in. This really no services at all for the hotel. But the location is super B in downtown.

The mattress is in very bad condition👎👎 100% need to be replaced

Stayed 2 nights with friends The condition of the lower bed among the duplex beds is poor. Other than that, I was satisfied with the rest of the facilities.

The room is not too big and matches the picture. The wifi is not very good and keeps cutting out. But the location is really convenient. It's very close to Tenjin Station and only takes about 8 minutes to walk. There is delicious food everywhere! You can walk to donki! And the desserts downstairs are delicious! If you come to stay, you can go and eat! Right next to the hotel!

It's perfect because it's located along the Nakasu River. It's a bit difficult to check in because it's unmanned. The best part is the location. If I had to pick a problem, the bed mattress was so hard that it made a spring sound every time I moved and it was too big. Because it is a bunk bed, the mat on the second floor is a little better.

There is a washing machine in the room, which is convenient. There is no staff at the front desk, so you will need to enter the code sent to you to check in. The view from the rooftop is beautiful, with a beautiful night view of Nishinakasu, but the equipment on the rooftop floor is showing signs of deterioration, so maintenance may be necessary.

Located between Nakasu and Tenjin, the view from the rooftop at night was great. I think it's a good location for visiting food stalls. Check-in may take a little time.

The location is good. Ichiran Ramen Don Quijote is all within walking distance.

Accessibility is great! I think it would be nice to go here again when I go to Fukuoka :)

Let’s talk about the advantages first: 1. The location is extremely advantageous. The subway and buses are downstairs. The balcony and the view outside the window are excellent. The surrounding Canal City, Tenjin Underground Shopping Mall, Daimaru Department Store, etc. are only an 8-minute walk away. It is located at the intersection of the canal, and the night view is also very beautiful! 2. The room space is large enough, and the 36-square-meter family room can sleep 5 people without any problem. The bathroom is separated from dry and wet areas and is large enough, which is obviously better than ordinary Japanese hotels. Kitchen and bathroom appliances, pots, dishes, tableware, and washing machines are all available👍. Let’s talk about the shortcomings: 1. Hygiene issues. When I checked in, I noticed that the floor was not clean. Hair and lint were visible to the naked eye. There were dead mosquitoes and black marks on the walls. There were hairs on the sheets👎. This was the first problem among all the hotels and B&Bs I have stayed in in Japan. Once, I felt very bad. 2. The odor problem. The odor in the shower room is very strong, and it is difficult to remove even if the ventilation is turned on. Since the bathroom window cannot be opened, the bathroom door can only be closed and the ventilation is turned on to prevent the odor from filling the entire room! 3. The ground structure, the sofa area and the sleeping area are actually one space. However, in order to distinguish the space, the ground behind the sofa is raised to make steps. However, the floors are exactly the same and there is no color bar to indicate, making it difficult to find that there is a step. During check-in, I tripped and fell at least 3 times, but fortunately I was not injured. This is the worst experience, and it is very easy to get into danger‼ ️ 4. Noise problem. Noise is unavoidable when living in the core area, especially in Japan where there are street gangsters😅. This is still bearable, but the large platform on the roof will disturb the passengers downstairs (9th floor) when other passengers use it. It causes noise pollution, and it’s quite loud! Choose carefully if you have poor sleep quality. Summary: The advantages and disadvantages are obvious

The location is very convenient, it's only 5 minutes away from the main store of Ichiran Ramen, and it's only 7 or 8 minutes away from the 🚇 station. The hotel is all self-service and uses traditional keys to unlock. It was a bit fiddly and took a while when I first checked in. I booked 2 bunk beds and the bed was big enough for two people to sleep in one. The bad thing is that there are no seats in the room, and you may sit on the edge of the bed, so the outer springs of the lower bunk are loose, so you can only sleep on your side as much as possible. The toilet and shower room are separate. The shower room is a bit small and taller men will have difficulty using it. However, although the majong is small and well-equipped, the room is equipped with an all-in-one washer and dryer, an induction cooker, and an air purifier, which is still very good. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high. I will choose this restaurant next time I come to Fukuoka.

It's an unmanned hotel in an apartment style. There's a kitchen and a washing machine in the room, so it's great. I've stayed there twice, but the cleaning is a little poor and there is sometimes dust left in the room. But it's cheap and can accommodate multiple people, so it's good.
