It is a good hotel but a but far from town center, so better be there with own car. Not much facilities such as gym, swimming pool in the hotel, so definitely not for family staying. Dinner is from NZ$99 but can see stunning lake view. Recommends book with lake view.

This is the most amazing place hotel in Queenstown with best views, outdoor jacuzzi, and good restaurants only thing is its a bit off from the main city but totally worth it!

Really liked the off city Centre location, less bustle, lots more character in the fringe, the view of Lake whakatipu and the mountains is great from this vantage point. Service and all is tops, coupled with having a great restaurant in house, highly recommended!

The room was very nice and the facilities were very comfortable. There was construction outside the room, but it ended very early so it didn't have much impact. The hotel gave me a free hot spring experience as compensation. The hotel's dining was very good, highly recommended!

Lida at the front desk was really nice. On the day of check-in, the house was not very full. Lida gave me a discount and paid for an upgrade. It has a lake view and a super large outdoor spa bath. The balcony is L-shaped and super big, and the weather is good at night Turning off the lights and soaking in the hot spring while watching the stars is so relaxing! The scenery is of course also outstanding! After the upgrade, champagne drinks in the minibar refrigerator are free after asking! You have to know the prices in New Zealand. These are worth tens of dollars! The room is fully stocked with toiletries, a kettle, disposable slippers, and an ironing machine. Breakfast is not a buffet, it is similar to brucn. There are several options to choose from! Very healthy and delicious! Coffee and juice are provided for free! What an unforgettable night!

Very bad review! Forget it if you don’t get a refund due to reasons beyond your control! I let my friend stay, but they charged an arbitrary fee. I agreed that I would only pay for the room. But I didn't agree and they charged other fees. I let my friend stay. The response was expensive and poor!
