Great location Decent room but bad service Given room that’s different from booking but insisted it was the correct room

We got the largest corner room. Very big with 3 single bed. Room had a separate door to the closet area and bathroom. The bathroom was not the same as the other rooms. We had a huge bath tub lined with stones on the outside. The floors are also stone, small pebbles.. because the room is so large, we were constantly cold, the heat doesn’t go to the closet/bathroom area and it’s so cold. When showering, the cold draft keeps blowing in so we had to keep the water running, there is also no adjustment for handheld shower height. After the 2nd night, we decided to just shower in the other rooms we booked.

best location, minimal but efficient room. they have a coffee shop on ground floor where you can have breakfast from 7am.

The front desk staff was polite, but the room was narrow. After opening the 22-inch suitcase, there was no space at all. The room felt very dusty, and the cleaning was not too serious. There were a few stains on the edge of the bed sheets, and we found ********* coins on the ground after we checked in. I think The most inconvenient thing is that the lights in the room cannot be dimmed, and the children cannot turn on the lights after they go to bed. They can only rely on the lights in the corridor for illumination. And the lights are sensor devices... they will automatically turn off after 2-3 minutes, and you have to count every time you eat. Times, even if I put something under it, it doesn't stay on. The location is convenient. It takes 2-3 minutes to walk from Tenjin South Exit 5. There is a Lawson downstairs and a 7-11 opposite, but I feel that I may not choose it again next time, except for the price. Apart from being cheaper, the others are not particularly good.

The overall hygiene is OK and the location is very good. Booked a twin-bed family room, which is very suitable for three people and does not feel very cramped. I read a review before and said that the bathroom smelled a little like urine. It was a little bit. The bathroom in the room and the hotel lobby also had this smell, but it was not serious. The service attitude was average. I booked for 6 nights. On the last day, the check-out time was 10 a.m., but they didn’t say it when I checked in. I always thought it was 11 a.m. in Japanese hotels.  As a result, I was fined 1,500 yen, and the receptionist at the front desk had a bad face.

The hotel is located between Tenjin and Nakasu Kawabata. It only takes 4-5 minutes to walk to the famous bakery Pain Stock, about 9 minutes to Nakasu Kawabata Station, and about 5 minutes to Tenjin Nishitetsu Station. There are several 24-hour restaurants nearby.

The transportation is convenient. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are friendly and can speak English, which is a plus. The breakfast is also delicious. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The bed staff is also very considerate and provides pillows, toothbrushes, bath towels and towels for the children.

Hakata Station > Tenjin Minami Station Course 2. It’s really close, a 3-minute walk from Tenjin Minami Station. Don Quijote is close, the free coffee is delicious, and there are many good restaurants nearby. However, it is a business hotel with really small rooms and no windows. Still, it is the best value for money ^_^

Next to the exit of Tenjin South Station, not far from Tenjin Station on the Airport Line, otherwise there would be more stops to transfer at Hakata Station and less walking. Just add a little money to include breakfast, which should be served at the coffee shop next door. Choose one of five sets, Western-style simple meals. Shopping and traveling are very convenient, Daimaru Department Store is just a stone's throw away, and Tenjin Bus Terminal, Iwataya, etc. are a few minutes away.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to Fukuoka Tenjin Station. It is very convenient to go to Dazaifu Yanagawa. It is also very close by highway bus. There are also rooftops nearby at night and the front desk service is also very good.
