Overall, my stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient with plenty of transportation and dining options nearby. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

Room with coffee machine. Provide clean towels and coffee capsule everyday. One free bottle of water. Hotel located behind Hakata Theatre. Very convenient for subway Airport line, bus stop Hakata Gocho to take bus 25A to uminokamichi seaside park. Plenty of shopping at the main road next to hotel.

The location was great, really close to Nakasu-Kawabata Station, and having a 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby was super convenient! I chose this place as a middle point to visit both Tenjin and Hakata, but honestly, after walking around all day, the walk back to the hotel felt a bit far. It's about a 25-30 minute walk from Hakata/Tenjin. If you take the subway, it's only 2-3 minutes, so I'd definitely recommend getting a transport pass over walking! Also, the bathroom has a bathtub, so there's a slight moldy smell, but it disappears if you turn on the ventilation fan, so it's fine! Make sure to leave the fan on when you go out!!! The room condition was really clean and nice. There's a desk but only one chair, so we ended up putting stuff on the chair and eating on the bed, just a heads-up!!

The location is convenient, the environment is clean, and the staff are friendly. They provide a basket of supplies every day, although we only took two bottles of drinking water. However, regarding the laundry room, the dryer didn't fully dry the clothes even after a two-hour cycle. On the other hand, their coffee machine—both the coffee and tea—tastes really good!

The transportation is incredibly convenient. You can take the subway to the airport, Tenjin, and the Hakata shopping area. There are also many dining options nearby, and the cleanliness is good.

The location was great, very convenient for getting around. I also appreciated being able to check the coin laundry's availability on the TV.

Professional, friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean and centrally located to everything. Have referred to friends and family and continue to go back everytime we visit Fukuoka.

Helpful staff. Close to subway station with less than 5min walk. Hygiene is reasonable though a bit dust at some corners of the room. The shower was leaky and the hair dryer was not functioning well though. They changed to new hair dryer quickly. English communication is limited but with Google translate it's totally fine. Room and facilities look new and overall quite good. Room is more spacious than usual Japanese standard tiny room.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The location is close to the station. It's a pity there was no water dispenser. Breakfast was simpler than expected. The white cake was delicious. I was hoping for curry rice.
