I have been following this hotel for 30 years and finally had the chance to stay. Breakfast options include Western buffet and Japanese set menu. The environment is elegant and pleasant. The hot spring ♨️ is relaxing. It is not crowded in the off-season. It is worth another vacation.

The hotel is very very well situated right at the foot of the ski resort pistes. Ski in ski out (if there is enough snow). It is however quite dated in its design and the rooms come with only the basic essential facilities (by no means luxurious). It is clean and well maintained though. Service wise, check in took some time even in low season. Not all staff understand english, even those at front desk. The restaurants and breakfast is good. Very wide selection. We also enjoyed the onsen, however it would have been better with the view of nature. Ningle Terrace is beautiful at night in the winter season! All in all a good trip. The convenience and food makes up for everything.

I have heard of this place for a long time. Although the date was booked a little early so the ski resort was not fully open, I was lucky enough to have a sudden heavy snowfall and caught up with the skiing trip. The room was very clean and big. The service attitude was very good and they answered all my questions. Because we went early, there were not many people. Both the restaurant and the hot spring were relatively empty. It can be seen that it has been renovated. The facilities are OK, but some fixed structures are probably impossible to change because they were built too early. For example, it takes a long time to walk through the entire lobby from the guest room to the hot spring in a hot spring suit, which is somewhat unreasonable. Overall, it is still very good. Skiers recommend it first!
