The check in process was painful, with lots of customers waiting for long periods and limited interest by the check-in team. I was in a rush to turn around in the room and attend an evening event so I didn't notice initially but in the morning I realised that my bathroom was covered in mould, which was disgusting. By this point it was obviously too late to request a different room. We also were not told at check in that the breakfast room was not functioning, despite the fact that the staff knew at check-in, and therefore no breakfast was available so I had to source this elsewhere at a huge inconvenience because this hotel is not near any other facilities. Overall, I disliked my stay at this hotel and it is one of the worst Premier Inns I've stayed at. Definitely will not be staying again.
