房間寬敞舒適、佈局合理。裝飾新、質感很好。服務質量、服務態度都很不錯，隨時有要求都能及時解決。辦理入住、退房都很順暢。早歺也不錯，豆漿挺好喝，小餅也挺好吃。

從十一出行二十多天的旅行，最後一天的住宿竟然踩雷了，真是服了，攜程上房間的圖片沒有一個是這樣的，我們是看到是萬達旗下才放心預訂的，本來是想預訂希爾頓，預訂晚了沒有房間，我們這一路也住了不少萬達酒店，文華、美華、悦華…都很好，萬萬沒有想到這個萬達旗下的酒店竟然這樣。。。
首先説一下入住，在前台問車停在哪裡？前台説院裏不知道有沒有位置了，讓我們自己去看看，這也沒什麼，畢竟我們到的時候九點多了，我們自己去沒問題，後來有位年長的工作人員幫忙指引了停車位置。
入住到房間特別冷，空調打開暖和一點，但還是不想洗澡，衞生間乾濕不分離，但是最離譜的是衞生間沒有捲紙，這個太扯了吧。
房間設施很舊，如果説是之前酒店翻新的，那至少設施和布草按照萬達標準更換一下，這設施跟十年前的度假村沒啥區別。
希望攜程平台好好考量一下商家的宣傳內容是否屬實。我也看了一下其他網評，房間都沒有這樣的，不知道是被我們剛巧碰到了，還是當天沒有其他房間了。我真是從來沒給過差評，這次真的是太氣憤了。
