酒店大堂很早就佈置好了聖誕氛圍的裝飾，讓人進門眼前一亮，前台Selena還幫忙升級了行政江景房，落地窗看到外面的風景非常美，還能看到江濱步道，早晨到外面後花園走一走空氣非常清新，還能看到江對面的福州的鼓山，下次來一定要去鼓山走一走，房間設施齊全，Selena主動介紹推薦三樓的健身房，不然我還不知道，閑暇之餘去健身房鍛鍊一下也很不錯，酒店服務人員都很熱情，讓人會反覆選擇的一家酒店。

酒店環境很好，後花園中午出去曬曬太陽很舒服，綠化做的很不錯，風景也很哈，靠近江景這邊早上可以看到煙霧繚繞的鼓山，日出時有日照金山的既視感，靠湖（因同行朋友住靠湖房間）晚上能看到村落下的星星點點，還有一個小湖，白天還能看到車水馬龍，安靜愜意，酒店內服務很好，相應很及時，我印象最深的是禮賓部的劉瀟小朋友，我是坐着諮詢他問題，但是他很耐心的半跪式與我講解，給我介紹白天和晚上去遊玩的地方，非常好的一個男孩子，在大堂的時候也是笑臉相迎，非常專業，看的出來平時上層領導培訓到位，酒店總體來説還是很不錯的，下次還來。

酒店環境風景等等都很好，早餐也很不錯，唯一不足是門口的安保人員，面無表情，我們卸行李下來也沒有幫忙，離老遠了，隨後到酒店前台辦理入住，前台Elena接待我們，在愉快的聊天的過程中Elena給我們升級了房型，安排了早餐，並提前給我們多準備了洗護用具，心情算是恢復了很多，後面房間還給送了水果，補償服務還是很到位的！總體來説酒店還是很不錯的，下次如果有機會的話再來一次！

酒店環境很不錯，負一樓還有後花園，酒店風景也好不錯，酒店外圍還有沿江跑道，吃完早餐等等還能出去走走，酒店前台Elena李瑩服務很好，給我贈送早餐，早餐品種還行，吃的也不錯，總體酒店還不錯，下次還來！

酒店總體很好，一進到大堂看到聖誕樹（可惜忘了拍照）還有很多其他的聖誕裝飾，太有氛圍感了，入住率高，前台Selena也幫忙免費升級了房型，豪華單間套房面積好大，住的很舒服，房間設備設施也很齊全，除了空調不能按照想要的温度調整（好像是中央空調），不過給送了一個暖風機，讓人很暖心，Selena送了一份早餐早餐很豐盛，中西式結合自助餐，很好吃！很謝謝前台Selena小姐姐，下次還會選擇，服務很好。
