來福州辦事，提前預訂的房間
週一辦事所以訂了這個酒店兩天
因為是攜程會員，有免費升級房型的權限
740元訂了週六晚上要住的房間
再下了678元另外一個一個15㎡的房間，其實那個房型500多就可以了
付貴一點就是想要升級同房間住的
這樣優惠幾十塊吧
但是和他們溝通到週日中午11點多都沒同意我同一間房間續住
他們一直説因為還沒確認有沒人要訂我這件房
也不確定有沒別人要續住這間房
不能給我升級
別人家都是優先服務好現有客户
人家要續自然會續，不用等，
並且都是以先來先訂原則
我前天和昨晚回我説確認不了，
到當天快12點了還是預訂不了，
房間也沒有別人要住，就算問續房
這間房週六不是我在住嗎？我有續住意願不是意願？關鍵週日還降價了
給我升級的那個仲夏房週日衹需要543元
我付了678元，和我先住的就差了16元
他們還要猶豫不給我續住
我當什麼**？真的不可理喻，
我週六入住也告訴他們了不要一直猶豫不決
我是能週日20點免費取消的
真的是敗心情
直接取消打包行李幫到上下杭住了
我訂的房間原本有水果下午茶的
因為晚上來沒給我都認了
衞生邊邊角角臟 ，花灑水小都也算了
老房子民宿嘛，我也沒啥意見
就是升級續房真的惱火
雖然後續説退全額給我，但是真的大可不必
不差這個錢，衹是我當時續住的要求一點也不過分
即使不是你們後來降價，也才差五十多塊錢
我晚上才到又不吃你下午茶對吧
後面才差16元還要我去住那個仲夏的小房間
受不了（最後那張圖是我後面訂酒店人家的下午茶）
