西酒是老牌酒店，入住時果盤已經放在房間。設施總體很好，城景房能遠眺到鎮海樓。
有機會希望再來住住湖景房。

The hotel was beautiful. Breakfast, mainly Chinese, was a great selection of freshly made to order items. Rooms were spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to others and I would book here again.
The only complaint I have is with some of the other guests smoking inside the hotel which made it hard to breathe.

位置很好，西湖邊上，早晚散步很方便。可以步行去三坊七巷，打車也很近。
入住當天正好趕上台風之後的晚霞，很絢麗。

房間乾淨衞生，酒店位置在福州市中心，緊挨西湖公園，環境極佳，出行方便，設施相對不錯，使用方便，裝修現代化，簡約舒適。前台態度友好，禮賓聶主管服務熱情，主動開車門、提行李，房間整潔，床品舒適，枕頭也不錯，安靜，窗外西湖美景太讚了，衞生清潔及時，還有晚安致意品和晚安奶。健身房也不錯，設備齊全。各方面説來是五星的水準了！性價比不錯，以後來福州還會住這裏！
