The design style of the old house is very good. There are beautiful views everywhere. The room is close to Yantai Mountain and can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic and upgraded the room. Fruits and Voss mineral water are given as gifts. There is a parking lot at the door. I will choose this hotel again on my next trip. Don't worry and go boldly.

This hotel was perfection. Extremely clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet and dark room. Many free fruits, snacks, and drinks. Friendly hosts who added me on WeChat if I needed anything. Gorgeous neighborhood. I totally recommend staying here when in Fuzhou.

酒店是古建築，非常具有時代特色。
服務：突出的特點是服務，會在入住前安排組建服務羣聊，包括迎接等，也是比較用心。店家也會很貼心的提供果盤以及home made小點心，很貼心。
環境：煙台山也是很熱門的商圈景區，但其實新時代仿古建築較多，舊時代遺址相對開發利用的沒有很充分。酒店一側是上山的小路，通往商圈很方便，另一側是附中道路，也方便打車避開商圈附近較多人羣。
衞生：房間院落整潔乾淨，雖然室內色調風格不是明亮取向，有很多木門木窗，但仍做到乾淨的觀感。
設施：基本齊全，符合這個價位水準。
