Extended Stay America Select Suites - Gainesville

The staff is the best part about staying at this extended stay. They work relentlessly to make each guest happy. The place itself is everything I’d ask for as far as the essentials and it is constantly being maintained as well! In other words I really want to thank the entire staff because I have dealt with each individual, and I have only had great experiences. Keep up the work and thank you for taking such great care of us!

Very clean no rats and roaches for the price not bad at all all the workers are fast and friendly adequate in their work they try to make sure you have everything that you require the manager always make you experience the best possible I've been living here for 6 months everything is always adequate I like the fast and friendly service they always meet your needs they do the very best to keep the hotel as clean as possible

I've been here for work for awhile now as it's very close which is perfect for an extended stay hotel. As for travelers this is a great stay for short term as well as Jiffy Lube Live is nearby. The manager Nabil is understanding and accommodating to any needs I've had and the staff is great. Nice room.

Nabeel, the Manager, and his Team , do an excellent job. I am Glad to be here. Nabeel is very hands on and is also meticulous. He is a very good leader. I would greatly appreciate if he can get the smokers out the rooms. Otherwise, everything so far is Good

We have been staying here for about the past 3 years because we are on a waiting list for an apartment in this same area. Some of the drama that was going on here earlier in our stay has gone so it is much better in terms of living in peace. Nabil and Atef are wonderful to work with and always manage to be exceptionally cordial and friendly and it feels almost like a family here. They are very responsive to your needs and work with you in a friendly manner where you don’t feel like you are putting them out or a burden. The other attendants Shirley and Chowan are very sweet and friendly and easy to interact and work with as well. We have even gone so far as to rent an additional room when we want privacy and that room is always clean and comfortable while fully operational with no issues. Our favorite room to book here is the single accessible room with the accessible bathroom which is considerably larger in bathroom size and includes a pull out little sofa and helps me as I am 100% service disabled veteran. We are grateful to live here as does my family and we are pleased to call this place home for now while we wait for our new apartment.

Worst experience ever.

Worst hotel ever. Overpriced. No room service, nor cleaning. Nobody made the bed or changed towels. In the middle of nowhere. The only positive note: Ms. Heidi, Property Manager. She was always professional, polite and understanding. Great asset.

Heidi was extremely helpful and friendly. She satisfied my every need and did it with a smile on her face. Heidi was an amazing attendant and makes my stay at wood spring suites much more comforting..
