the room perfect for family with children, the areas easy to find place to eat, close to supermarkets, close to town centre. Quiet area so we have good sleep night time. also there’s free parking on the place

Nice place to stay, responsive staff and a short train ride to Malpensa airport. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced hotel close to the airport, this is a perfect place for you.

Overall, the environment and room are ok, but the communication is not so great, they don't have reception so you have to send your ID/Passport information ahead.
Sent an email 2 weeks prior my visit and no reply, had to call them to confirm and they did confirmed.
But before the checking day they sent another msg said the identity information was not yet be given and I might not able to check in...had asked my Italian friend to call again to confirm.
Walls are very thin, there is a couple stay in the next room, been up all night with talking and I can literally hear EVERYTHING. Kept me up whole night as well.
