Very nice room, the reception staff is very polite, the room facilities are very modern, which is already a very high standard in Sri Lanka, and the room as a whole is very Dutch-style, (of course, since it is an old house, the soundproofing is so-so, you can listen at 8 o'clock in the morning The staff is cooking), I really recommend this hotel. If you have time to stay here for two or three days, stroll around the ancient city and look at jewelry, the pace is great.

The rooms are not as pictured and although seems a beautiful room on closer inspection it is very tired and it was also extremely dirty. The balcony area was large and really nice. The bed was comfy. Although for some reason the room smelt like petrol. The shower was hot and Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was great but not served at the hotel. You have to go around the corner to another place.

Great spot to explore Galle
Super friendly and helpful staff that gave great recommendations for the rest of my trip. Room was clean, A/C was cold, water was hot for shower, and breakfast was amazing. I was even served a fresh mixed juice smoothie as part of the free breakfast. This is a algreat spot to explore the walls of the Galle Fort.

Staff was really nice and did what they could to help as the water was broke and the AC did not work.
Very negative experience with (probably) owner during breakfast as we complained about the sudden cancelled transportion same morning. He raised his voice and was not friendly.
Apartment was ok but run down.

Right within the Galle Fort - The Family Suite was perfect for our stay, aesthetically pleasing and service was top notch - Extending my gratitude and appreciation to Samitha and everyone else who provided a A service - Definitely making a booking again in the future ☺️

Beautiful old Dutch house, lovely balcony with view of the fort walls and the sea beyond. View west to the setting sun. Swimming spot within three minutes walk. Good fan and AC. Good size room and bathroom. Very nice breakfast at a nearby property. Management and staff very helpful in a pleasant reserved way. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

Really well restored very small guest house with just 2 rooms in a house shared with the host and his family. The hosts family occupy the entire home other than the two rooms and keep themsleves very much to themselves. Breakfast is a good local cuisine offer in a sister guest house about 2 mins walk away. Note the guesthouse has no sign as it is very much the host's home.

This house is a real joy. It is right in the center of the old town which has a crazy charm. The comfort is optimal (mattress, pillows, air conditioning, kettle ventilation ...) and we had our best breakfast of the whole stay there !! In addition the staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend !!
