It was an ok experience. The hotel is a little run down in parts. Service at the dinner rooms were not always the best. The staff are not really bothered and would not give the menu quickly for instance. The room was nice but again it was not in the main block.. there was something missing in the hotels experience. The free evening tea and snack was awful. Yea was made terribly and the snack was tasteless. There are better evening tea service in places with yum snacks. This was plain simple boring and stingy at giving good food.
Personally I would not stay here again.

This place is very fun to explore , there is so much to go around and look. When I got sick I was told by the doctor to eat khichdi and they made it for me , I didn't like the taste but they made a new plate for me Thank you so much for this gesture . Amazing place Ojaswi sincerely helped us on and it was required Thanks a lot

We had an amazing experience at Mayfair Gangtok. We stayed in deluxe room, enjoyed Christmas eve gala dinner ***** with delicious food that was served during our stay in chilly weather of December. Breathtaking view of Mt. Kanchenjunga made our stay even more satisfying. Highly recommended !

Excellent hospitality. The food was really delicious. Overall ambience of the hotel was top notch. The view from the hotel was amazing. The hotel staff was helpful especially Apurbo, Abhishek and Neha.The rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities. The check in check out process was hassle free. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very good rooms and service was excellent. Renuka Chettri served us very well. Staff is very friendly and the hospitality was fantastic. Amazing experience. Look forward to stay with Mayfair again. Thank you for great experience.

Had a lovely stay in the lovely property , beautiful lit up for Christmas and away from the city rush. The food variety was very good too .Very good Service of food and Ms Renuka gave us great service . All staff very courteous and professional and friendly.
