It was an ok experience. The hotel is a little run down in parts. Service at the dinner rooms were not always the best. The staff are not really bothered and would not give the menu quickly for instance. The room was nice but again it was not in the main block.. there was something missing in the hotels experience. The free evening tea and snack was awful. Yea was made terribly and the snack was tasteless. There are better evening tea service in places with yum snacks. This was plain simple boring and stingy at giving good food.
Personally I would not stay here again.

The food at the restaurant was amazing and staff serving food was very polite and kind especially one of the staff named Sahil also served us complimentary sweet dish even though it was not in the a la carte menu. We really recommend this hotel.

Excellent Hotel, the way it's been done up with variety of plants. The hotel staff was extremely courteous, and that made the stay even mor memorable. Special mention for Renuka for her ever smiling face and catering to all our food requirements. We had ordered packed breakfast one day when we were going to Nathula, and Renuka made sure that the breakfasts were on time and sufficient for us. Aneesh also needs a mention for excellent service. The cab services were very good too. Arun and Neetu provided us with the best vehicles and drivers Overall, a hotel I would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful heritage property where you can find mini Sikkim inside the property . Good food and submissive people in giving service . Many thanks to Sandeep and Rinku for electric car ride in the morning and evening . Many thanks to Renuka an and Anoop at the dinning area fo helping us with good food. Thanks to Rashi and Girish too at reception .

Beautiful property! Staff members, especially Giri, were warm and welcoming and so so helpful. The views from the rooms are so breathtaking and fantastic. Would recommend people visiting Gangtok to check out the property at least once for the experience.

Had a great experience, staff was quiet cooperating and friendly.. Pradeep, Renuka, ashik and gobirdhan attended us very well. …..Three cheers for all of them… The good and drinks were amazing… Thank you for your hospitality….keep it up the good work…
