酒店才開業幾個月，設施很新，乾淨衞生。前台説是贛州的全季旗艦店：大堂明亮寬敞，還有個類似書吧，洗衣房配有四套組洗烘設備，基本不排隊。店裡的帥哥美女彬彬有禮，服務周到。

新酒店，住的江景大床房。江景一般，但這是江的問題，酒店本身很不錯。樓下有江邊步道，喜歡跑步的人狂喜😁，可以刷個20公里LSD，步道舒服，空氣清新，折返後回酒店洗澡。
設施很完善，健身房、咖啡機、洗衣房、烘乾機都有，設備很新。
衞生條件不錯，水温和水壓都很合適。
