朋友一起出遊宜春，中途在贛州住一晚，在網上看到説這個酒店不錯，入住後感覺確實不錯，環境好，清凈、乾淨、鳥語花香，房間比較大，乾淨，自助餐廳服務員態度非常好，有機會還會選擇這間酒店。

衝著贛州top1酒店去的，十分之失望。外景挺好的，但是內部真的一言難凈。一共給我們選了三個房間，每個房間的都分別有一到兩個燈是不亮的，裏面黑壓壓一片。而且每個房間牆壁都是發黴，牆紙脱落的。廁所沖涼房下水道是堵着的，儘管已經關了沖涼房的門洗澡，水還是會漏出去。要求再換房間，卻説這價格就是這些房間了，分了三六九等，真的很無語。最後給店家一個建議，這個價位可以去其他店裡開一個比你們好的房間，如果你們覺得賣的房間便宜不划算，可以選擇不要銷售，沒必要換了自己名聲，一早説明是給個這麼破的房間，壓根就不會選。
