Pesce eccellente. Preso plateau di crudo, buonissimo, pesce vario e freschissimo. Ragazzo che ci ha consigliato molto gentile e preparato. Anche il primo piatto di scoglio sgusciato apprezzato molto. Vino buono e servizio impeccabile

The welcome was very warm! The nice lady at reception explained everything to us and offered us a welcome drink. We were then taken to our room and given a few useful tips. Since you can choose and put together your breakfast from a very extensive list the day before, you won't miss anything. If you have forgotten or overlooked something, that is no problem. It will be delivered by friendly staff. Our room was clean, big enough and we had a very nice view of the lake. The cleaning was carried out in the morning and was also fine. You can't say anything negative about the pool area either. It is beautifully laid out and invites you to relax. A small snack is also served in the afternoon. Since there were no naughty or shouting children present during our stay, we were able to relax really well. Just great! We then extended it for another night. It would be very nice and desirable if this house were turned into an “adults only” hotel. Then subsequent vacationers could also enjoy their time here. We really enjoyed the days and nights in this hotel and will definitely come back!

We had booked two nights at the Tobago Hotel in Garda and arrived around 5pm on Friday. The receptionist explained some banal things that were actually all clear. What irritated us was that she insisted that we leave our suitcases at the reception. Someone needed the suitcases into the room. We had specified anti-allergic bed linen as a request when booking, this request was not canceled by the hotel and yet the receptionist explained to us upon arrival that there is no anti-allergic bed linen in this hotel. We drove the car all day and relied on the fact that our wish for anti-allergic bed linen would be fulfilled in this Tobago hotel, as is always the case in every hotel. If the hotel had informed us when making our reservation that anti-allergic bed linen was not possible, we would have canceled the room immediately. Strangely enough, the hotel also informed us by email that we should make a reservation for dinner at the hotel in good time. That was okay. First we went to dinner in Garda. We wanted to have a glass of wine in the restaurant and waited 20 minutes. Since no waiter came, I went to the bar. When asked, a waiter came to the table and handed out a drink menu, but then he didn't come back to take the order. After another 20 minutes of waiting, we went to the room and skipped the wine. In the room we noticed that the bed cover was dirty. And we also found a hair on the blanket. We suspect that the duvet was not changed and was simply left as it was by previous guests. This fits with the fact that there were flip-flops in the hotel room that were kept in a wellness bag and where it was obvious that one pair of the two pairs had already been used because they were dirty flip-flops. We have never experienced this anywhere. We will share pictures of this. Now we were completely without bed linen and had to sleep in thick clothes without a blanket. It was cold in the room at night, so we took the duvet, which caused an allergic reaction in my wife, which manifested itself in a cough and a rash. We spent the rest of the night sitting on the bed with our clothes on. We were excited about breakfast, which we had to tick on an extensive form upon arrival. There may be people who like to do that, but for us it was the level of a spa stay that the health insurance company pays for. We have never experienced this on the many trips we take on a regular basis. The breakfast staff reserved a table for us outside, when the outside temperature was around 12°, and actually thought that we would sit outside. We have been spending our holidays in this hotel for 8 years now. A small wedding favor with spotlessly clean rooms and common areas, a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage areas, a special mention for the private spa and an excellent restaurant, especially fish-based, with generous portions also open to the outside public. Equipped with every comfort and with a lot of attention to the customer, pampered more than at home. Amazing breakfast with excellent products. But one thing above all must be mentioned: the kindness and helpfulness of the entire Zaglio family and their staff. They are all wonderful people always smiling and with an unparalleled love for their work. When you try this place, you will never change for others. It truly feels like family. Cena romantica di qualità. Piatto di crudi squisito. Prodotti freschi. Le tagliatelle all astice saporitissime. Lo staff professionale, gentile e molto rispettoso. Di sera l’ambiente con le luci colorate della piscina un cliché sempre apprezzato

Uitstekende locatie om lekker tot rust te komen! We hebben hier 6 nachten geslapen in de jacuzzi room. Bij binnenkomst al ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen en dat ging maar zo door. Al het personeel is zo ontzettend lief voor je, je kan hier zonder zorgen heerlijk relaxen. Parkeren kan onder het hotel met een lift die je naar alle etages brengt. Het buitenzwembad is niet verwarmd en behoorlijk fris in september. Maarja je kan daarna wel opwarmen in de verwarmde jacuzzi buiten. Er is een spa maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Ontbijt geef je een dag van tevoren op via een formulier. Hier geef je aan wat je wilt eten, maar ook waar en hoelaat. Je kan bijvoorbeeld ook op de kamer ontbijten, al vonden wij het buiten op het terras gezelliger. Onderaan de heuvel ligt Garda waar je prima lopend (15 min) maar ook met de fietsen van het hotel eventueel mee naartoe kan. Het is een ideale locatie om te onthouden!!
