From the minute we checked in, this stay was fantastic. Service from the staff was exceptional, they were extremely friendly and could not do enough for us. I include all of the staff here, from check-in to restaurant (although being a family business, they often doubled up) to maids.
Aside from the staff, the premises are stunning in terms of decor and space, and this is one of the best swimming pools I have seen in a hotel this size.
I have a history of auditing and reviewing hotels for the travel industry, and I honestly believe it doesn't, and couldn't, get better than this.
Thank you, Villa Florida, for making us feel very much at home.

Utrolig flott og hyggelig familiedrevet hotel. Svært god frokost og fint uteområde med utsikt over Gardasjøen. Utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme, både familien og de ansatte.

The last of the family run hotels on the lake. Everything is a labor of love - the view is outstanding the breakfast is amazing the service is gracious
Also sometimes hotel pics are not representative of the actual place - in this case it’s even better
We stayed in rm 208 and had 2 pre teen kids with us and the sofa bed and trundle bed were great for them
(We are bit of a picky American tourists with pretty high standards)
Plenty of on premise parking - the pool is immaculate and the grounds are gorgeous
Also within 8 mins walk is an awesome lake front promenade with restaurants and retail
Also one of the few places we stayed in Italy where the room air conditioning works !!

Very friendly and accommodating staff was overwhelmed with the kindness of the owners of the hotel the location was easy to get to breakfast was fantastic. Could not ask for better place to stay. We will definitely return one day. Room was fantastic well decorated and very very well kept

Hotel Villa Florida is in alle opzichten een prachtig hotel. Mooi gelegen met een fraai uitzicht op het Gardameer, bijzonder vriendelijke medewerkers en zeer ruime kraaknette kamers. Het ontbijt is schitterend, iedere dag tovert de kok andere pareltjes op het buffet en dat in een schitterend kader. We waren er nu voor de t****e keer en het blijft een absolute aanrader!

This hotel is one of our all-time favorites. We will be going back and back again! It is family owned and run - led by Gianmario Cipani with relatives serving multiple functions everywhere. They are lovely people. Every aspect of the hotel reflects great care and pride. The rooms are large and comfortable and the views are amazing - straight out over the pool and trees to Lake Garda. Their breakfasts are so good, we never ate lunch. Excellent restaurants are within walking or easy driving distance. Do not miss Restaurant Il Giglio - best seafood ever - five minute walk. And a four minute drive to Acquisto in Maderno - next town north. We could rave on, but you get it. Go, enjoy, and please be as pleasant and enthusiastic as the Cipanis are.

Wir haben es hier sehr genossen. Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einer großen Gastfreundschaft. Wunderschöner Blick über den See. Sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet (alles selbstgemacht). Ein Genuss! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Ein toller Aufenthalt.

Le camere sono spaziose, arredate con gusto e curate nei minimi dettagli, offrendo un ambiente raffinato in cui è facile sentirsi a proprio agio. La vista sul lago, che si gode sia dalle camere che dalla splendida terrazza per la colazione, è semplicemente incantevole: un panorama che rende ogni momento speciale. Il personale merita una menzione particolare: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad accogliere gli ospiti con un sorriso. Sono brillanti e attenti, creando un’atmosfera rilassata e piacevole.
