Villa Luisa è stata per noi una fantastica sorpresa: lode all’attenzione che il Direttore e lo staff ci hanno rivolti sin dal primo momento. Personale affiatato e pieno di energia seppur molto discreto e attento ad ogni necessità. Servizi impeccabili, bene la SPA, piscina tranquilla e molto pulita. Consigliamo di cenare in hotel, merita. Le petit déjeuner est extra, la piscine super et lhotel est situé dans très beau cadre.

Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt an der strandpromenade, aber das weiß man ja vorher.
Dafür ist es sehr ruhig man kann kostenlos parken und für Ausflüge ist es durchaus gut gelegen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Zimmer waren gut klimatisiert und praktisch eingerichtet selbst für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern.
Wir würden wieder dorthin reisen.

Ho usufruito del pacchetto “coccole d’autunno” massaggio perfetto, personale della SPA molto gentile che ci ha accolti e spiegato tutto il percorso. Al pacchetto ho aggiunto 3 ore di SPA per un relax al 100%. Appena entrati in camera però tutto il relax è svanito, abbiamo lottato tutta la notte con le cimici (premetto che non abbiamo minimamente aperto la finestra, quindi erano già all’interno, dare un’occhiata mentre si pulisce non guasta) per un totale di 10, suggerirei delle zanzariere visto che il personale è a conoscenza di questo problema. Il bagno della camera è abbastanza piccolo, ma dotato di finestra, la doccia ha una vasca da bagno come base, ma la cosa che più ha infastidito è la poca accuratezza nella pulizia: sulla vasca pendeva una ragnatela chilometrica, negli angoli era pieno di ragnatele, quando l’ospite alza lo sguardo non è proprio il massimo (visto anche quello che paga). Il personale della colazione molto gentile e simpatico nulla da ridire su di loro, ma la colazione in sé mi è sembrata più adatta a dei turisti stranieri, sicuramente molto varia ma il caffè delle macchinette a disposizione sembra annacquato quindi (soprattutto se italiani) vi consiglio di farvelo fare dal personale di sala. È disponibile inoltre un parcheggio privato sotterraneo al costo di 5€ a notte. Nel complesso nulla di irrimediabile, ma non credo che tornerò presso questa struttura.

Das Hotel war sehr schön sauber und gespflegt. Das Personal alle sehr freundlich, vor allem die Dame an der Reception die uns empfangen und auch wieder verabschiedet hat. Auch der aufgestellte sehr aufmerksame Herr im Restaurant war äusserst feundlich und aufgestellt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war top alles frisch und vielfältig. Alle waren sehr bemüht das fehlende wieder aufzufüllen. Die Zimmer sind sauber ein kleiner Kühlschrank steht zur verfügung super praktisch. Der Pool ist sauber und das Wasser schön warm. Poolbar auch gut mit freundlichem Personal. Wellness haben wir nicht genutzt da einfach zu warm war. Parkplatz direkt gegenüber dem Hotel kostenfrei super da auch Video überwacht oder für 15 Euro/Tag in der Tiefgarage. Umgebung zu Fuss ist man in ca 10-15 Minuten am Porto Portese sehr schön auch zum baden. Alles im allem ist ein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr zu empfehlen da auch die Umgebung wunderschön ist und vieles zum erkunden bietet.
