Staff was extremely accommodating. The room was exactly as the photos online: warm, pleasing decor, calming bathroom with everything you could need. The breakfast was the perfect Bavarian breakfast which I loved! Absolutely recommend!

Our family room (Alpin suite) was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was really nice, and balcony with amazing view. The room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was delicious and spa area great. Heated pools in- and outside were just perfect. The customer service was so helpful and friendly.

Im Staudacherhof wird Service ganz groß geschrieben. Es gibt viel Personal, das sehr freundlich und verbindlich ist. Deshalb ist das Haus auch sehr gut für ältere Singles geeignet, die auf persönliche Betreuung und Ansprache großen Wert legen. Wir haben aber auch viele junge Familien gesehen. Durch kontiniuerliches Updating gibt es einige Design-Highlights, die in Richtung Mountain Chic gehen. Sehr praktisch ist das Angebot eines Mittagsbuffets, das im Zimmerpreis bereits enthalten ist. Mit Salat, Suppe, kalten und warmen Speisen sowie einer Kuchenauswahl wird man vollkommen satt. Das Konzept ist ähnlich dem eines Kreuzfahtschiffs: Man könnte den ganzen Tag in der Anlage bleiben, ohne dass es langweilig würde. Sehr schön sind die Ausblicke auf die Berge, vom Zimmer wie aus dem Garten / vom Pool. Die ruhige Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, man kommt aber in ca. 10 Gehminuten in die Fußgängerzone.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das merkt man, wenn man in einem Zimmer im alten Teil untergebracht wird (abgenutzte Türen, Geruch aus dem Abfluss, Heizung schwer regulierbar, Betten). Es fehlt ein bisschen die Liebe zum Detail, obwohl das Hotel familiengeführt ist. Leider kann es mit anderen Hotels derselben Kategorie in der Gegend (z. B. in Lermoos) in puncto Sauberkeit und Service nicht mithalten. Der Spa-Bereich ist verzweigt und und zu klein, wenn das Hotel im Winter gut ausgelastet ist, es riecht nicht sonderlich gut, auch nicht im Whirlpool. Das Buffet im Frühstücksbereich ist so eng angelegt, dass oft kein Durchkommen möglich ist, auch nicht für die Servicekräfte, alles wirkt sehr hektisch. Abends sind die Tische so eng gestellt - es gbit keine Privatsphäre, die Tischnachbarn hören, auch leise gesprochen, jedes Wort. Etwas Durcheinander gab es beim Abendmenü (HP 45 €), das man 1,5 Tage vorab bestellen sollte, kein guter Start für den ersten Abend. Insgesamt konnte der Staudacherhof für uns keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre bieten. Die hohen Bewertungen überraschen.

Ruhige Lage, relativ nah am Hausberg, saubere Zimmer, umfangreiches Wellnessangebot, gutes Essen zum fairen Preis, sehr hilfsbereites Servicepersonal. Negative Punkte konnte wir eigentlich nicht finden, außer der Duschkabine, welche mal an den Abdichtungen erneuert werden könnte. Für uns ein gutes Hotel für den Winterurlaub am Hausberg. Danke für die tolle Zeit

This was one of the most pleasant stays I’ve had. The room was gorgeous with amazing views and the service incredible. The breakfast room, pools, garden and entrance are so comfortable and elegant. The hotel is in a neighborhood, just a short walk to the main square and 20 minute walk from train station and Zugspitze. Would highly recommend.
