It was my first time in Newcastle and I was very impressed. The hotel has a good environment, spacious rooms, clean and sanitary, and a good location. You can directly see the bridge from the terrace in the hotel lobby. The hotel breakfast is relatively rich, the staff is also very friendly, and the procedures are simple.

The hotel was in a good location with views of the river. The Windows on Tyne bar was good, service was excellent. I needed to ring duty manager twice about some minor glitches and he & she were courteous, helpful and sorted the problems immediately. Checking out was very easy too. In all I would definitely recommend the hotel

Hygiene: Bath towels were on the floor when I checked in!
