We had the opportunity to stay as 2 families at Gaziantep Jaleriz Hotel between 30 April and 3 May. The hotel was far above our expectations and was also affordable. We felt comfortable like at home, we would also like to thank the receptionist and the hotel manager for their friendliness, helpfulness and kindness. We have stayed in so many luxurious hotels, but this respect and sincerity is something very different. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were very clean, the cleaning staff did everything we asked without hesitation. Our room had a jacuzzi and it was great. Breakfast was buffet style and nice. The refrigerator in the rooms was cooling meat, and the prices of the products in the mini bar were affordable. They filled the minibar with everything in mind. It was not far from the castle area, we could easily reach it by car. The area around the castle was overcrowded, and since Jaleriz was in a quiet place, we had a better chance of resting. There were famous eating places right on the back street. Bayazhana was very close. If we go again we will stay there again. We were very pleased in every sense. Thank goodness we have you, Jaleriz. Hoping that the quality of the service you offer will not deteriorate..
