Disappointing. Our room, a suite, was enormous and extremely nice but we could not get the AC to go below 27c which made it really uncomfortable. Someone would fix it and then a couple of hours later it would stop cooling again. On the other h and we couldn't get really hot water in the shower. Reception staff were helpful but the restaurant staff were unfriendly. We were surprised because we had had such amazing experiences everywhere else in Turkey.

The hotel looks good at first sight, although it is about 3km from the centre of town and surrounded by very dimly lit streets at night.
