Très bon hôtel, facile d'accès et de stationnement.
Le restaurant est très bon avec sa verrière qui est agréable lorsqu'il fait beau.
Seul bémol lors de la dernière nuit.. des clients éméchés sont restés dans le couloir à 3h du matin pendant plus de 30min à crier dans le couloir.
Chambre pas très bien insonorisée pour le bruit passage dans le couloir.
Avis positif pour le reste, hôtel de qualité.

My main reason to rate this hotel as an average is due to the poor quality of cooling on the hot day in July. The staff member at the reception was not helpful, was defensive, trying to convince us that the system will cool the room in a few minutes. In reality, all of us were sweating all night. In contrast, the following day we stayed in Mons and the experience was totally different. Foe 4-star hotel it is unacceptable.

We needed an overnight stop and found this hotel easily from the motorway, but I wish we hadn't! Following an indifferent welcome at reception, we went to our "executive" room which was so small we had to store our cases in the bathroom overnight so we could walk around the bed. The room itself, like the rest of the hotel, looked as though it was overdue for refurbishment about 20 years ago. The room had been poorly cleaned (see photographs) and the furnishings were very shabby. The smell of stale cigarette smoke permeated the property. Overall the hotel left a very poor impression of the Best Western brand which will make me think carefully before choosing another.

Het hotel is zeker geen vier sterren waard. De kamers zijn weliswaar proper maar enorm gedateerd. Het ontbijt was wel ok. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het geheel is in feite toe aan een grondige renovatie.
