Sehr schöne moderne und saubere Zimmer, außer die Dusche im Zimmer ohne sichtschutz - ist halt Geschmacksache. Abendessen war sehr lecker und die Auswahl Möglichkeit hervorragend.
Umgebung war auch bestens. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Den Wellnessbereich als Day Spa anzubieten ist eine Frechheit. Sie haben 15€ fürs Parken verlangt und nochmals 20€ Kaution für einen Schlüssen für ein Schließfach. Wenn man ein Day Spa bucht, sollten solche Sachen inkludiert sein. Der "Deal" verspricht eine Vitaminbar mit Getränken, Obst und Nüssen. Leider gab es dort nur Wasser aus fragwürdig sauberen Plastikbechern in welches Zitronen, Orangen und Grapefruits geschnitten wurden. "Obst und Nüsse" wurde mit mickrigen Orangen und harten Kiwis abgedeckt. Der Outdoor-Whirlpool ist vergleichsweise so groß wie eine Satellitenschüssel und die Balkone der Hotelzimmer haben perfekten Blick auf den Whirlpool - sehr entspannend... Bademantel war zerrissen und das Saunatuch war ebenfalls ziemlich schäbig, erinnerte bisschen an ein "Hundehandtuch".

It is a good hotel but there is bad/no sound isolation in the rooms and the noises makes it impossible to sleep. First it was just some kind of ventilation outside thats was fine, as was the noices from the outside as the location is very central this is to be expected, but it meant I had to sleep with the windows closed and the airquality and temperature in the room was very bad with no aircon. Then they emptied trash/glas containers outside aroynd 6 am, for like 30 minutes, that created this horrible noise. Overall not a great sleep experiance.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Hotel Alpenlove. Es gab einen Sekt aufs Haus. Das Zimmer wurde liebevoll dekoriert und wir hatten ein paar Überraschungen anlässlich unseres Jahrestages. Schwimmbad ist riesig und auch der Spa Bereich war gross u sehr sauber. Es war extrem warm im Pool Bereich. Zu erwähnen ist das super Team der Rezeption. Alle sehr freundlich u zuvorkommend. Besonders Guiseppa. Unser Zimmer war riesig und mit Balkon. Einziger Punkt der nicht so toll war die klo Tür ließ sich nicht schließen. Und die Couch konnte mal erneuert werden. Der Vorhang macht nicht dunkel ab 7 Uhr ist man so leider wach. Aber sonst war es ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich für Liebespaare gedacht, aber wir haben uns als Familie auch gut gefühlt. Sehr schöner Spa und tolle Suite.
Kritikpunkte: im Bad und Toilette geht das Licht automatisch an und viel zu schnell wieder aus (ist auch nachts ungünstig), Matratze war extrem hart.
