Everything good, except that the shower/bathroom glass wall was awkward. Uncomfortable to use toilets (ladies) needs more privacy

Ihr seid ein Hotel mit großen geräumigen Zimmern und freundlichen Personal. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig und man hat eine große Auswahl da findet jeder etwas. Wenn man so wie wir fast 2 Wochen hier übernachtet, wäre etwas mehr Abwechslung toll. Es gab leider jeden Tag die gleichen Sorten Wurst, Käse und Schinken. Auch das das Hotel an der Hauptstraße des Ortes ist sollte man bei der Buchung beachten. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz bietet das Hotel auch das ist super. Aber jetzt zu den Gründen warum wir nur 3 Sterne geben. Es wurde leider zweimal vergessen das Zimmer zu reinigen, die Abwechslung beim Frühstück und das man bei der Ankunft gleich gesagt bekommt das man die Küche die sich im Zimmer befindet nicht benutzen soll da man ja ein Hotelzimmer gebucht hat und kein Apartment. Es ist ein super Hotel für die Durchreise, für ein längeren Aufenthalt (Hauptstraße) würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Noch ein Minuspunkt für den Ort Steinach am Brenner es gibt 4 Restaurants im Ort und alles sind Pizzerias.

Stayed here for 4 nights, travelling by rail back from Florence. Lovely hotel located in the main street in Steinach. Franz and his family are lovely and friendly. Happy to give information to visitors and nothing is too much trouble. Had a traditionally decorated, spacious room which included a sofa and also had a balcony overlooking the fields and mountains. Lovely integral bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a sauna and other wellness facilities are available. Breakfast was fabulous. The dining room and buffet area is beautifully appointed and the buffet choice was extensive. From cereals and fresh bread, jams, smoked salmon, cooked meats, cheese...... to eggs, freshly prepared by Franz, the owner. It was just really sad that due to staffing, the restaurant was not open for dining at the time. You won't need an alarm clock, as the hotel is next door to the church! Hope to be back one day - maybe when young Alex is in charge!

Wat een leuk, familie hotel. Waar veel fietsers overnachten waarbij hun bagage nagebracbt wordt. Wij hadden de Kirdach Suite. Zeer ruime kamer, met een keuken unit met o.a een koelkastje en magnetron. Balkon met zitje waar je 's middags, na een dagje uit, even heerlijk in het zonnetje kan zitten. Ook is er aan deze kant een terras waar je lekker een drankje kunt drinken. Het ontbijt was super. Alles vers en alles aanwezig en de eigenaar zelf bakt je eitje. Heel persoonlijk dus. Restaurant is modern en smaakvol ingericht. Ook biedt het hotel op sommige dagen Halfpension. Dit moet je zeker doen. We hebben de avonden echt HEERLIJK gegeten. De vrouwelijke, jonge kok is zeer creatief. Overigens zijn er in de buurt van het hotel genoeg alternatieve om te eten. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van het treinstation, waar de trein naar Innsbruck, 1x per uur komt. Reistijd 22 minuten.
