The service by Maple Home is ok (fast whatsapp replies) but i dont like the check in rule where u have to come sharp at 3pm only as the check in is at the carpark area, sorta like a carboot sale. Not convenient for everyone i would say. The hotel doesnt provide any face tissue nor mineral bottle. The sink is clogged too.

The room is okay
But the lift is too packed during check out..we have to wait for almost 20mins before we can check out
For those with babies & strollers they need to wait longer time

Overall is good very nearby to genting highland, just 5 km driving from hotel to sky avenue

Stink like hell. Unable to sleep peacefully due to the stinky smell coming from toilet drain. Please do something.
