The hotel is some distance away from Sky Avenue. There is a paid bus (my tourism website booking RM6/trip, you can also see the timetable there). Tickets purchased on site are RM7. The bus is on platform 10-11 of the bus station (make sure the bus has the name of Grand Ion Delemen on it to see the bus to and from the hotel) and the time is once an hour. Entering the hotel and taking the elevator (Silver Sunflower), I couldn't find any staff who could ask for the second photo. Take the elevator to the 7th floor. When you come out, you will see the restaurant and sky garden. Go to the elevator of tower 2 and take the elevator to the G floor and find the hotel counter. It did take a while to check in at the counter. I don't know if it was a system problem or a manual problem. It was even worse on the weekend. The room was not cleaned in time so I couldn't check in. I arrived at the counter at 9pm, and the self-service check-in machine showed that the room I reserved had not been packed yet. 🙂↕️It’s so late and you have to line up at the counter to check in manually, which is really exhausting. The hotel charged me RM3 in cash. The room I booked this time was a Deluxe twin. I was surprised to find that there was only a piece of soap and no shower gel or shampoo. (You can ask the staff for it.) There was not even a washing cup, so I was so scared that I quickly told the staff about this, so as not to blame me😟 and toothbrushes and razors were already placed there. Check-out is super fast, and your luggage can be stored at the counter after check-out👍 Sky garden has a heated swimming pool, 8am-8pm The depth of the adult swimming pool is suitable for me, and there is another swimming pool for children. The prices in the small supermarket here are super exaggerated. If you are reluctant to pay double the price, you should prepare food/supplies in advance before coming to the hotel. Tower 4 is quite far away and there are relatively few people there, so if you like quiet, it’s okay. Tower7 is really noisy. You can still hear the sound even when you sleep at night.
