The room was big and clean. The location was a little hard to get too, but I didn't mind because the area was good and there were nice cafes close enough to walk to. The staff were kind to me and very helpful.

Very nice, modern and quiet room with sea view. Comfortable bed and lots of amenities. Kitchen in the room, billiards, darts, exercise equipment, it was too cold for the pool.
Unfortunately, the reception was not nice and the owner alternated between nice and very rude. We arrived at 8pm and were scolded for it. According to the notice, however, the reception is open until 9 p.m. and I wrote two e-mails that were not read.
Public transport is problematic. The bus stop is only 5 minutes away, but we were unable to decipher the timetable. Have tried several times, but was too complicated for us. As a result, it worked, but bring either patience or a car.
Otherwise great accommodation.
