The receptionists are very friendly. Location is good. Price is reasonable. Overall is very recommended. Everything is good. I couldn’t find a single thing that I dislike so far. Everything just good for me.

Room spacious and clean.overall satisfactory except the face towels r torn,floor no vacuum for days,used mugs remain unwashed for days!But all still acceptable .

The only drawback is that there is a mosque opposite and there are prayer gatherings three times a day, but if you go out for fun all day long, it shouldn't be too affected. The room was very clean. There were staff who spoke Chinese when we checked in. The communication was great. They introduced nearby good food and places to visit. I especially liked the hotel balcony. It was ventilated and I could see the street view.

Peter at the front desk is very polite, and the other staff are also very nice. They can speak Cantonese, Mandarin, English, and Malay, and can switch between multiple languages ​​freely! The boss and employees are very enthusiastic, and Chinese communication is completely barrier-free. There are also many places to watch the sea, shop and eat snacks. Although it is not the most lively location in the center, it is not expensive to take a taxi to go out, including to the airport. The room is large and comfortable. Then we organized a group to eat durian on Penang Hill, which was fresh and affordable. It is very cost-effective to rent a car for 6 people for 150, and the durian per person is 70 to eat as much as you want.

The room is clean and hygienic, and most importantly, the bed is good to sleep on. Made us stay three nights in a row. The customer service is very polite and the location is convenient and nice. You can reach the shopping mall in 10 minutes on foot, and there is a large park behind where you can take a walk.

The room layout is similar to that in China. The boss is an overseas Chinese, but the person on duty at night is a foreigner!

The room was very nice. There was a food stall at the intersection from the gas station. The room had other problems except the small bed.
