The location is very good, but need to call the lobby service officers when in need, they are not 24/7 available.

The hotel is so cute. The door is at level 1, but the rooms is at level 2. So when you enter the door, you need to go upstairs and you will see the living room. The bed rooms is on the 2 sides, separated by the living room. The window on the main bed room is so unique and feels like classic. I never seen this before.
This hotel location is also the best, at least for my trip. It's near to the kimberley street. A lot of cafe and tourist spot close to this hotel (walking distance).

When we checked into the hotel we booked, we found out that there was a power outage and we couldn't check in. The waiter at the door had to be contacted by phone. After waiting at the door for a long time, the waiter came and took us to another hotel. It was late at night. It was even more late at night, and Ctrip did not remind me that this hotel does not have an elevator. You have to move your luggage to a very, very direct elevator, which is probably one and a half floors high. The luggage is 23kg... Speechless
