The room has large windows for ventilation, which is a good highlight. You don't need to turn on the air conditioner when you open the windows at night. It is clean and hygienic, and the environment is good. Penang's free bus and ferry are only a few minutes away.

It's not too far from the city center, which is good. Just a short walk to the market. The bathroom is comfortable and has a bidet. It's a bit noisy at night, but overall it's okay. There's a minimart next door where you can buy food late at night.

Minimum toiletries for couple's six nights stay. Rooms aren't sound proof, strong durian smell likely from some guest that lasted throughout the night.
Mr. Kent at the reception is friendly, offering recommendations to dine and sightsee in the city of Penang.

The hotel is in a great location, next to a bus stop, you can take a free bus and ride around the city. There is a food court nearby with different types of cuisine. The room is clean.
