Only Improvement needed in terms of washroom cleanliness and customer service .

The person (security) cannot communicate well. Please give the security a traing about service and hospitality.
The way to take the card/key for the room is quite complicated. The password, is hard to implemented to the mail box, because hard to see the number.

Location is good near to the night street market and local food.
Not service provided, air conditioning not cold at all, room dirty and linen got stain very disappointed ☹️

This Mansion One is located at a nice location .
Check in process was smooth and simple.
Unit is clean. Spacious unit with nice sea view balcony. Overall, it is a pleasant stay. I don't find bad experiences with my stay.

The room was fine, clean and hygienic. There were quite a few beds, equipped with a washing machine, air conditioner and necessary kitchenware. It was just that I was not familiar with the check-in process, which seemed complicated.

We are happy staying here and the location is great and convenient! The hawker center is just at the corner within 5 -10 mins walking distance!
