Good Location as walking distance for food hunting Window Room will be noisy as next to road side.

Second time staying here. Among the best hotel so far. Cleanliness at top marks, parking space always available, spacious room

The location is good at the center of town Basic amnesties are provided but no swimming pool or gym The room is ok and very appropriate the kindness of the checking staff to provide a quite room The hotel check in staff provides warm hospitality and fullfil our special room request ( a Chinese lady at the counter)

Easy parking and easy access to town . But room air conditioning is facing bed . Not comfortable

Very nice hotel. Clean. Easy access to street walk. Close to 1st avenue mall. Will come again soon.

Should be change new linens all. Because looks old and have yellow dirty prints.

Convenience place, friendly staff, big parking space. Ok to stay

Sound proofing = no May be because I choose window side , city view . Any motor or lorry pass by , will hear sound . Limited amenities. No toothbrush etc (already written in the hotel description) so prepare before come . Customer service is good : friendly . Location :quite ok . The distance to all the place I went within 3km . Can drive or walk . the entrance of car park only one direction. Take note on this.

A very good selection even if I do say so myself...Lol. Simple, really clean and in a bustling area of town by day, peaceful at night. The staff were really nice and the check in/out process was super quick. A new cafe has opened in the hotel and the coffee is 'gold', plus the space is very sleek. With the amenities onsite, if you were a digital nomad then here's an excellent staging point if you're looking at Penang as a base.

The hotel is centrally located. Lots of eateries nearby. Most within walking distances. Unlike other hotels where the rooms are tiny, , the room size is good for 2 pax., enough space to move around. Ample space for luggage. I would definitely consider this hotel in my next visit. It value for money. The price is reasonable and beds are comfy.

Location is very strategic, easy to park (if you are driving), its very near to Deen Maju Nasi Kandar. Not a soundproof tho but given the easy parking, complaint no more! 😆🤜🏼🤛🏼
