All the service staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. The woman owner made the check in process lengthy long, unnecessarily!

This Gero Hot Spring Hotel is close to Gero Station, turn right out of the train station, then take the underground passage to the top of the white heron and turn left 200 meters to arrive, the hotel is very comfortable, complete facilities, relatively new decoration, large rooms, beautiful window scenery , the hot spring is a single room for one or two people, the hot spring after three days of washing the skin significantly changes, smooth. The owner is German, the owner is Japanese, very enthusiastic, breakfast provides rich and colorful delicious.Western Japanese style. Must go again next time

It is located about 10 minutes on foot from Gero Station. The staff and the owner are friendly. The room was a bit small and the soundproofing was poor, but the breakfast was good.

I think it will become more popular if we update the room photos. I was just satisfied with everything! I think they gave me an empty double room instead of a single room, but thank you so much!

酒店靠河邊，離開下呂温泉街有點距離，晚上6點大門就關了，進門需要密碼不太方便，送的晚餐竟然是西餐，不太好吃，訂的雙人房是個150的大床，朋友出行不方便，2000+的房費不建議住這裏，温泉還行，是這次日本之行最沒有性價比的酒店
