The hotel is very nice! Even if we checked in at 1am, we were patiently received! The decoration of the hotel and the toiletries provided are very high-end, the sheets and quilts are very clean, the scenery in front of the hotel is beautiful, and it is a 16-minute walk from the Glenfinnan train. It is worth staying!

Wonderful stay. Loved the property, the rooms, grounds, view etc… Ben the night manager was enjoyable to speak with. I appreciated that he helped me start a fire at 6:30 am when he was wrapping up his day. Cup of coffee, sunrise and a warm fire was the perfect start to my day! Vickie and the rest of the staff were top notch, we would love to come back.

Charming place, beautiful location, friendly staff, recently remodeled and definitely our favorite stay during our two weeks in Scotland. We arrived later than expected due to some road construction in the area and they kept the kitchen open later than usual for us. We had a lovely stay wish we could of stayed longer

Beautiful location, decent food, great classic rooms. They just in experienced staff which is normal these days but they are clearly working on it and I'm sure it will be better on the near future.

We weren’t actually able to stay here since they called to say they were renovating but they made sure that we had a great alternate arrangement and even got us a taxi to the other hotel. So for communication and service I would give them 5 stars.
