Don't expect a friendly face,a smile or any sorta customer service from front desk day/evening staff.They are remodeling so some rooms have hot water, some don't. If you get deluxe your guaranteed to a fridge and clean room , can't speak of non deluxe

It's not a resort, I didn't notice a ton of social or cultural life nearby (there are a few restaurants but they seem to close early), and there's only a couple of air pots of fresh coffee in the lobby every morning which they refill often. And the price reflected that.    The room was clean, quiet, and all the fixtures and plumbing worked fine and was well maintained. The main thing is that everyone employed there that I had contact with was helpful, friendly, knew their job, and did it well without delay. This is a fine place to stay when you need a place in the area to go sleep at. It has good road access to the airport and north suburbs. For the price, I expected a lot less than that.    So good on them, they do a really good job and are nice to deal with.

Flew in from the UK, needed somewhere cheap to go. I'm very pleased with my stay. The staff was very helpful and nice. There was a very nice dude in general working at the front desk, however I didn't catch his name. I checked in and was a little nervous at first, being that I've never stayed in a Motel 6 before, therefore I didn't know what to expect. When I walked into the room, I could tell it got cleaned very well. I threw my luggage down and plopped on the bed. It was a very good night's rest. If I'm ever in the US again, I will definitely be using Motel 6 for my lodging. I highly recommend this, especially for those on a budget!       (also, if you're wondering why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, it's because it was a little outdated, that's the only reason why)

I have been staying almost for one week and the staff have been great! In particular one staff member, Bruce! he checked us in without a reservation and gave us one of the closest rooms to our car parked outside. We could even see it from our room window. Peace of mind. Then as the week went by he has been just kind, helpful and friendly. He made a huge difference in our stay. My boyfriend and I would like to thank  him for all his help!    Evelyn Oppenheimer
