This is a wonderful hotel. We stayed for two nights. Both the indoor and outdoor hot spring pools were warm and very comfortable. The Balinese therapists at the spa were very good at massage and we made reservations every day. The staff provided excellent service. The food was Turkish and very delicious. We loved how luxurious the room decorations were. The bathtub and toilet were both impressive and impressive. It is a historic building. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Öncelikle otelden ve tatilinden çok memnun kaldım. Garsonlarin ilgisi, otelin temizliği, yemeklerin lezzeti çok iyiydi. Ancak pazar günü görüşmek yaptık ve odamıza yerleştigimizde önceden haber verdiğim çocuklar için ek yatak yerleştirilmemisti, çocuklar için istediğim ek bornoz 2. aramadan sonra geldi. Ayrıca pazar günü olduğu için olabilir ama havuzu kullanmaya gittiğimizde yeterli şezlong yoktu ve havlusu bırakıp giden insanlar yüzünden bizi sandalye oturmasını istediler yani havuz yeterli değil ve biraz kalabalık olduğunda yönetilemiyor. Ek olarak çocuklar ile gittiğimiz bir tatildi ve genelde termal kışın gidildiği için ekstra bir aktivite yoktu. Oyun odası tatille işlevini yitirmiş , yetersiz ve küçüktü. Yani otelde soyle oluyor , oda havuz yemek havuz oda yemek ... Bu belki yetişkinlere uygun olabilir ama çocukları oyalamak ve eğlendirmek için ek birseyler yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Sadece yetişkin oteli değil burası ve orta yaş insanlar illaki çocukları ile dinlen.eye geliyorlar.
