I just wanted to share my heartfelt thanks for the excellent service I have consistently received during my stays at this hotel. This is not my first time staying here, and I am always impressed with the warm hospitality and comfort you provide. In 2019, I brought my friends along, and in 2020, I returned with my mum and her friends. This year in 2024, I came back with my mum and husband, and once again, we had an amazing stay. Your team never fails to make us feel welcome, and that’s why I always choose your hotel whenever I travel to Yogyakarta. I look forward to staying with you again in the future. A bit off the center (Malioboro & Kraton), so you need a taxi to go there (Grab). Close o Raminten and Sandi Museum (worth to see). The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a minimalistic hotel, so don't expect a luxurious room. However, you got all you need as a guest. Cleanliness is the most important criterium for me, next to the bedcomfort etc. Fave passed that easily. To my pleasant surprise, when I got back, I saw a bord filled with brownies and text expressing the hotel appreciation that we stay there for 5 days... Very nice gesture. Much appreciated.

Location is good. Food can easily get. Free shuttle to Malioboro is a bonus :) thank you for the quick service too. Breakfast spread is decent too . We have a good time travelling around

I have a great stay in FaveHotel Malioboro. The only downside is there is no fitness room and the mosque is beside the hotel. Every morning we will be awaken by the prayers. Other than that, everything is good, near to Malioboro street. In addition ,I would like to give compliment to Miss April and the hotel driver. Miss April was really helpful and caring. I fell down when I jogged on 28/8, the staff immediately called the driver to fetch me to the 24 hours clinic. The driver help me to get the medicine and pay the medical fees first as I didn't bring money to the clinic. Miss April helped me to purchase the train tickets to Yogyakarta International Airport as I was not able to do the online payment. I really feel warm. All the staff are well manner, there provide welcome drinks and every floor has a free water cooler. The buffet breakfast is good. The hotel also provides free shuttle to Train Station. Thanks again to Favehotel Malioboro! If I come again, I will choose to stay here again.

Good. Booked for my parents and relatives and they were pleased with the quality and service of the hotel. A shuttle is provided to nearby areas and this made it convenient for the elderly to get around, especially as they were in a large group.

ac is not working properly. room temperature is hot. the soap in the bathroom ran out. the service at this hotel is very bad. room cleanliness is far below standard, the lobby is clean. can't get toiletries. room water bottles are not washed.

The air conditioner is not working properly since the remote control setting does not match what it should be after we saw in the picture, the fan is not on. You can let us know when you have experience it and our team will be happy to help you customize the controls on the remote.2. Bath soap have not being filled is a form of error checking our staff if it is missed in the process of cleaning your room. You may help report and remind us about this so that we can provide the best.3. Toothpaste and toothbrush would be replaced once the condition is really not suitable for use by the Guest. If you find it's in good condition but want a new one, we will be happy to change it to you as free of charge.3. Unwashed water bottles are also our fault If the installed condition looks inappropriate in your opinion and really bothers you about it. We will also be happy to replace it with a really clean new one.4. The room is not soundproof it is also our responsibility to fix it.Once again, we are very grateful for the impressions and messages you wrote during your stay and we sincerely apologize.We make sure for your next visit this will not happen again.
