獨龍江天境酒店在當地是首屈一指的星級酒店，位置和環境極佳！酒店是庭院式建築，植被茂密，曲徑通幽。前台外的露台是居高臨下眺望獨龍江的絕佳觀景位置。我們一行4人在此居住了3個晚上，對酒店總體感覺不錯，但也有不得不説的問題。入住期間，大床間的同伴因為洗手池不出熱水和房間空調不能啟動制熱，還有房內門閂打不開而數次尋求酒店工作人員的幫助。庭院雙床套房的淋浴軟管從牆上的接口處斷裂，而於晚間召喚工程部工作人員來緊急維修。我的同屋在前往套房的小路上因為黑暗被台階絆倒（小路上有台階的地方應該有照明才好）。在酒店內享用早餐時，在開餐時間內很多食品就已經斷供了，説明工作人員對餐廳就餐客人數量和餐品供應的巡視工作很不到位。離店當日早餐時，我們一起的兩位女士被困住餐廳的電梯內，按緊急呼叫按鈕沒有應答，通過手機呼叫其他同伴幫助，當時我在餐廳用餐，得知消息後前往前台尋求幫助，但是在約20分鐘時間內前台沒有工作人員值守，數次撥打留在前台告示牌上的手機也無人接聽。後來讓另外一位在餐廳用早餐的同事去廚房找工作人員尋求幫助，最終在大家一起努力之下，兩位被困電梯內的女士在約20分鐘後才得以脱困。值得一提的是酒店經理在得知消息後馬上趕來餐廳向我們致歉，並退還兩位女士最後一晚房費的一半作為補償。我們幾人在酒店住宿後得出的結論是，酒店硬件設施沒有問題，但是平時的巡檢和定期維護要加強。酒店部分工作人員的服務意識和服務水平還有很大的提升空間，在崗培訓還應該加強。作為獨龍江地區的酒店首選，希望天境酒店的管理和服務能更上一層樓。

獨龍江邊，環境優美，但標間設計有些不足，沒有地下停車，三棟樓連為一體，通道高矮不一致，只有一部電梯，拿着行李要上上下下走很遠，不方便。

可能是對酒店期望太高，結果比較失望，設施不錯但管理太差，電梯不開，説是壞了配件未到，但是早餐時餐廳電梯也不開，酒店所有電梯都壞了嗎？顯然是不可能的，就是為了節省運營成本而已。早餐極差，可以説是難吃**給難吃開門，難吃到家了，而且還冷冰冰的，無法入口

院子設計的很好看，還有免費的民族服飾可以拍照房間也挺寬敞乾淨，只是冬天空調不是非常給力，還好有電熱毯。

環境：位置很不錯，江邊，離普卡旺很近，佔地面積很大。
設施：大堂很大很氣派，房間空調不太足，好在有電熱毯。熱水充足而且花灑很大。電視頻道需要電話前台才能解鎖，這一點需要改進。
衞生：房間床品都很乾凈嶄新
服務：前台服務不錯，電梯在檢修幫我們拎了行李上樓
餐廳：早餐算是豐富的，米線很好吃。晚餐的帶皮獨龍牛肉也很美味。
總體來説還是很不錯的，值得推薦！
