This is a sincere review. I read Xiaohongshu as a guide. At first I was worried about whether it was a trap. After I checked in, it was already 11 o'clock. I booked and explained the one-day tour through the hotel's professional brother, and booked the ATV sunset tour for that day. , the price is slightly different from other outbound travel agencies, but it does not focus on convenience. It is recommended to make a guide for other itineraries first. The service of this hotel is very good, the environment is also very good, and there is a very good restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel (personally think it is the best ), because it was our birthday, the restaurant prepared a cake for us to celebrate that night. Very considerate, not only that, they also prepared the same cake surprise for us for breakfast the next day. I especially appreciate the waiter's name (Fatma). Came across this hotel through a random search, but must say it was a very successful search. The place is really well managed, the staff is really good and the way they treat the customers is commendable. We had a room on the bottom floor which was nice. Well connected to the main areas, within walking distance from all the main areas. The breakfast was great, views of the hot air balloons were worth every penny and the stay was amazing. If in Goreme, please do visit them.

Nice cave hotel, on top of the hill, which is necessary if you want to have nice paranomic view of the hot air balloons (if they do fly). Many hot hair balloons do fly directly above or across the hotel, as this hotel is near the peak point in gerome hotel area. A nice paranomic view of the whole surrounding too since view is unblocked by other hotels on lower slopes. No safe box in hotel, or no battery as per my experiences in Turkey. Breakfast is a good spread, with nice restaurant view of the surrounding area. Walking distance to gerome city centre, which to me resembles a tourist trap which sells homogenous products. I enjoyed my stay.

The four-story Cappadocia Grand Hotel is located in the north of Goreme, not far from the hot air balloon landing site, and is very convenient for entering and leaving the town. The room facilities are simple but comfortable, with a large space, and there are elevators (very few other hotels in the town have), heating and swimming pools (it is too cold to use). You can book hot air balloon rides and tours to the surrounding areas through the hotel front desk, which is very reliable! I have to mention the two handsome guys at the front desk, Efe and Sinon; when we arrived at the hotel, Efe came out to greet us and took the initiative to carry our heavy suitcases into the hotel. Sinon, who speaks fluent Chinese, took the initiative to help us add WeChat to facilitate contacting them when we are playing in the local area. What surprised and touched us the most was that this trip was our child’s birthday trip; the weather was very good on the birthday, and we were lucky to book through the hotel and take the Brothers company hot air balloon to rise with the rising sun. In the evening, when we were eating outside, we received a WeChat message from Efa, asking if we needed help preparing a birthday cake; we declined politely because we were afraid of troubling the hotel. Unexpectedly, when I returned to the hotel room, I still saw the 2-pound cake prepared by the hotel. After tasting the delicious cake, we shared most of it with the hotel staff and thanked them for their love, which brought our birthday trip to a perfect end. The hotel is located in a quiet location with convenient transportation. It is only a 5-6 minute walk from the nearby Chinese restaurant. Quick China is highly recommended for travelers with Asian appetites. The hotel is also not far from the sunset view point. By the way, the roof of the hotel is also a great place to watch hot air balloons in the morning. ”We are not in a hurry, always thinking that there is a long way to go. We wait for the flowers to bloom, but forget that things are impermanent”

Family of 3, stayed from September 3rd till September 7th, 2022. From the moment of our arrival to Nevesehir airport till the moment of our departure to the next destination we felt welcome. Very family-oriented environment, exceptional hospitality, and smiley faces. We were given a tour of the hotel and amenities, then taken to our rooms. Our room was a cave room called the king suite with terrace (Room number 304). It was beautiful, authentic, clean, and had an AC. Beautiful spacious marble bathroom. Room authentically decorated in Cappadocian-Turkish style. Sheets were changed and towels replaced upon request. Lovely housekeeping team. Front desk very receptive and helpful, all hotel staff went above and beyond to tend to guests to make sure all were having a great experience. Given the nature of it being a family run hotel, it had warm friendly vibes. SETEN RESTAURANT – absolutely to die for! Best restaurant in Cappadocia hands down. Breakfast – best spread ever lots of choices. Served by lovely people. Dinner - It is a definite MUST. Especially the Muhammara, Mutancana, Testi Kebab, and Pumpkin Dessert!!!! I do advise you to book your tours with the hotel but make sure it is with the hotels Kelebek Tour company as we had a frightening experience with a company in city centre. Thank you to the amazing staff at the hotel that made our stay in Cappadocia memorable. We are avid travelers so believe me when I say this hotel is well worth it especially the fact it is THE best view to watch the beautiful hot air balloons fly over Goreme with many caves surrounding you. Special thanks to front desk - Duru, Amir, Sena, Murat - and including Seten Restaurant – Hussain, Utku and Serife – including anyone else I may have forgotten to name, you are all doing an amazing job. Breakfast had good variety, though hot food selection could be improved. Day2 served the exact same items as day1, so there is no day to day variety. Hot water wasn't coming out very well from the shower and the jacuzzi tub tap. On our checkout day, there was no hot water at all (did not bother asking reception as it was 1 hour to checkout). Water pressure was not strong enough for easy showering. On evening of day1 the jacuzzi jets were not working and the reception guy did not know how to fix it (day2 someone came to our room to flipped a switch to make it work). TV is only in living room, cannot view from the bed in a cave suite. I doubt I will return here if I come back to this area.

The room has plenty of space and enough colorful light. Although the sound insulation is average, it is located in a corner, so you generally don't hear noise. As soon as you enter the room, you can feel the characteristics of a cave hotel. The bathroom provides Turkish bath gloves, making it a room. It gives people an elegant feeling and is very satisfying. The only bad thing is that the water temperature is occasionally unstable when taking a shower.

Is like in the picture. beautiful key centered location, great breackfast buffet, all tasty and fresh. Clean, nice director/reception, improvable the attendants of the buffet, a little rude, once I asked a cola for breackfast, they scolded me, I paid 700 euro to be here, if I want a box of cola u just give it to me, or charge me, no comment needed. Junior Suite looked less fancy than Superior Room I must say, the wood roof was not really cool like the rock cealing. Prayer time is pretty loud, insulation can be improved. Beautiful balcony (the common one). My room Balcony was on top of the entrance stairs, not really a balcony duh. Apart this two details all good. Good value for money.

This is my first time to travel in Cappadocia and so lucky to live in this cave hotel. The receptionist was very proactive and being nice to help us. He helped taking all the luggage going up and down the staircase. He also helped us to call to the travel agency and told us don’t worry when we were waiting so long tome at the reception for our tour guide. Also, the breakfast in here was delicious and we were being well-served. I was surprised that they offered a room service (fruit) for free on the rainy day. It is so warm to live in here for these days. Nevertheless, the scenery in here is spectacular and so relaxing.

My wife wrote an comment but I wanted to write it, the hotel is not a cave structure in the Visual Center, it is a rock structure and bungalows, balloons fly over the hotel at morning hours but unfortunately it did not fly because of the air opposition on the day we went. A hotel that offers breakfast and I didn't expect such a great breakfast, it's clear that we liked fresh and warm... Mr. Joseph and Lady Rabia welcomed us. When I was concerned about the first holiday with my 2-month baby, they always focused on the solution to remove all my concerns. I said the child would be sick if the room was cold, but the petekees kept the room very warm, my baby sleeped very well. If we had time, we would have extended our holiday, but we agreed next time:) I say, Mr. Yusuf, Mrs. Rabia, but other friends I met in the restaurant were very kind of to the lady.
