Terrible place, dirty shared bathrooms, very bad contact with owner, far away from restaurants. We had a luxury room, but it reality it was just basic. Dirty towels and dirty bed. There was no televisionset in the room and we get a brutal answer that we can read. It was also very noisy.

Good size room, but heater is not on, bathroom is shared and very dirty, no room service, also we try to book 2 rooms together but system don't allow 1st room booking is cheap but 2nd room times 1.5 might owner change bathrooms as they have good space with good location.

Do not trust this place. No front desk! Nobody picks up the phone. Cannot check -in !!! No refund!!! Unbelievalbe!

This is a lovely place to go to if you prefer hostel like accommodation with the perks of having your own room. You also get to meet cool people while watching the hot air balloons take off in the morning. Since this is a shared space, be mindful of people being noisy at any time of the day. My home Cappadocia truly does have the best view of the hot air balloon take off and sunrise.

Great room (with shared bathroom) and good location, nice rooftop. No services though (reception, bar/restaurant), you can't buy a water or ask anyone anything. Check out time way too early (10h) and at 9h55 someone comes knocking on your door, making noise and asking you leave, not pleasant

Staff try to sell tours all the time. Nice room but separate bathroom is no problem but the noise between the rooms I think it would be great if she didn't sell too much.

This hotel was great for a short stay in cappadocia. The room was modern, clean and large and there was a lovely terrace where you could get a nice view of the balloons setting off in the morning. The location isn’t in the centre of Goreme but it is within walking distance (around 10-15 minutes). I would recommend this hotel as it was great value for money.

Location is a bit far from the center. And there were sharing bathrooms I didn’t see that when I booked so I was a bit surprised. I arrived at late evening and no one even met me. But the room was big and clean, and breakfast was good. 3/5

It was self-service, but I had trouble getting in touch with them. There were only stairs and the shower didn't have much hot water. The bed, towels and hairdryer were fine.

If you are hungry in the middle of the night, you can either bear it or walk a long way to a Burger King Fourth, and the most annoying point is that because the flight back to Istanbul is 8.45 in the morning, I repeatedly confirmed with the boss that the car booked at ***0 in the morning will arrive at the door, but it didn’t come until 7 o’clock. It doesn’t matter if it didn’t come. I wanted to confirm with the boss where I can take a car nearby. He didn’t answer the phone and didn’t reply to WeChat. Anyway, the consumption has been completed, and he didn’t care at all. The most annoying thing is that if he didn’t answer the phone because it was early in the morning, it would be understandable, but he didn’t ask if he could leave later or if there was a car. Let me ask, who will stay again with such hotel service? Instead, I booked a one-day tour. Their hotel gets a commission. When they came to collect the money, their attitude was really good. Please ask the store owner to do business with conscience. It's not enough to just collect money. There is no service at all. I stayed for 2 days and they didn't clean the public toilets for a single day. The noise of people going to the toilet in the middle of the night was loud and smelly. Such a hotel is simply a stain on Cappadocia. I came here once because of the bad experience of the hotel. I really don't like Cappadocia. Maybe it's because the store owner is not a local. It doesn't matter about the local reputation. Those who go there later, especially Chinese people, must not step into the trap.

The room is very clean, the owner is also very friendly, and the view is not bad, but eating is a little inconvenient. The environment is very good, it feels original, and the accommodation experience is very good
