The room was very clean and had no odor. The front desk spoke good English. I needed a shuttle at the scenic spot and they actively helped me contact them. The view was great. I had a unique view of the high platform. The breakfast was very delicious and there was an auntie cooking beside me.

The sleep was very comfortable, the viewing platform was beautiful, I got up too late and didn't have a meal, you can read other people's comments. Their room was beautiful & spacious. The view from Arinna hotel is breathtaking, especially in the early morning when the balloons start to take flight! The apple tea served was delicious, we could ask for more while enjoying the scenery outside their restaurant.
