The room felt humid with NO AC installed, it wasn’t very clean, it was dusty and felt like someone had been there before. It was an emergency booking so we arrived pretty late. There is NO parking available so, we needed to park somewhere on those narrow streets. The lamps had no bulbs so no dim lights for the evening. The breakfast was basic, many flies around the food and cats! They have a nice spot to take photos on the roof.

The service is excellent and Food is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very strategic and beautiful view.

200m from goreme bus stop, 5 minutes walk to view point, highly recommended, excellent services

Good location and nice panoramic terrace but the pillows a little dirty. I would suggest avoiding noise at night in the common areas as I couldn't sleep due to other guests..

It was nice, but a cleaning lady entered the hotel room without knocking after we check in and saw us naked, it was very embarrassing and they never asked for apologies

Very close goreme bus station, clean room and friendly staff and all shops and restaurants close by.

Very good location of the hotel, close to the city center and the road to the observation deck! In the morning we reached Shari in 5 minutes) There is breakfast, but it is meager. For 2 nights they were not cleaned once, the room as a whole was a bit dirty. And the main disadvantage is the whitewash (or what is it?!) that falls from the walls and ceiling) be prepared if you want to live in a cave! The floor was covered in this crumb, we walked around in street shoes, and within an hour all surfaces were covered with this stone crumb!

1. Cleanliness The cleaning is very clean and the bedding is cozy. There are 4-5 cats living here and there, and they wander around the accommodation. They even eat in the dining room. I wish they didn't come to the dining room. They ask if I want the room cleaned when I eat breakfast. I said I didn't want to, so I didn't want to. 2. Friendliness The staff is very friendly. I thought breakfast was served buffet-style, but the staff prepared it for me, which was very embarrassing. 3. Facilities I stayed in a room on the first floor, but one of the three windows didn't have a security window, so I couldn't open it. The other two faced the road, so I couldn't open them because I could see inside from outside. The curtains also had to be closed at all times, so the windows were useless. And I was surprised when I opened the window for a moment at night and a cat came in. It seems like there are a lot of security issues on the first floor. The key looks like a real key, so it's a little inconvenient to open and lock the door, but it's pretty. There is no air conditioning, but it is not hot. 4. Location The bus stop and the observatory are very close. 5. Additional services When checking in, they said they run a travel agency and offered to book hot air balloon and day tours, but I said I wouldn't do it because it would be cheaper to book it personally.

From the interior atmosphere to the lock, it was a great hotel with a Cappadocia feel. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The staff were very kind and I had a very comfortable and fulfilling stay, even though I was traveling alone (^^♪
