The service wasn't as expected, actually there was no facilities, and food was ok, same basics breakfast every day. The location wasn't as good as other hotels near by!

Ottima posizione a 5 min a piedi dal centro di Göreme, hotel a gestione familiare, pulito, ordinato, la ragazza alla reception sempre sorridente e gentile nell aiutarci a risolvere le cose. Camera superba. Avevamo una suite king ampia, spaziosa, con una magnifica vasca idromassaggio a 2 posti e veramente suggestiva. Colazione in terrazza abbondante. Sopra le nostre teste passavano le mongolfiere. Inoltre ci siamo innamorati di Miss Lora. Consigliato!!

Balonları izlemek için güzel bir yerde. Ayrıca balonlara gitmek isterseniz yol üzerinde oldugundan servis ulaşımı kolay... benim kaldığım oda temizdi, malzemeleri kaliteliydi, bu açıdan beğendim... odada telefon yoktu, gece 02 gibi sanırım yan odada havlayan köpek sesi yüzünden sağlıklı bir uyku uyuyamadım bu açıdan da beğenmedim... otel 4 yıldızı hakediyor basit problemler nedeniyle bence 3 yıldız konforunda bir otel....

Öncelikle kahvaltı çeşidi çok değil ama hepsi çok lezzetli temizlik yeterli sadece odalarda su içmek için cam bardak olsa iyi olur otelin konumu mükemmel balonlar önünüzdan kalkıyor ve iniyor

Karşılamadan otelden çıkışımıza kadar herşey çok güzeldi. Odalar temiz ve sessizdi. Konum itibariyle heryere yakın. Kahvaltı muhteşemdi. Teras katında peri bacaları ve balonlar eşliğinde kahvaltı yapmak çok keyifliydi. Bu imkanları sağlayan aile işletmesine çok teşekkür ederiz.

otelin resimler ile alakası yok ilk gittiğim gün sabah biraz erkenden otelde ulaştım ama resepsiyonda kimse yoktu sonra otelin terasına çıktım ve yardım istedim odaları çok soğuk oluyor kesinlikle ısıtması yeterli olmuyor kahvaltı hiç yeterli değil ve personel çok asık suratlı bizim için büyük bir hayal kırıklığı oldu
