The view of Mt. Fuji from the large window on one side of the room is really great. From Mt. Fuji under the moonlight to Mt. Fuji in the bright sunlight... You can see Mt. Fuji indefinitely while lying on the bed. The staff is also friendly, and some of them speak Korean, so I was able to communicate comfortably. There is a little dust in places that are not easily visible, but the cleanliness and bedding were generally good. The view from the lobby and hot springs was also really good. I felt that many of the guests were Chinese.

Hotel was just next to the outlet mall. Convenient and provide free coffee and drink at the reception. The onsen was also great. The view of Mt Fuji was amazing.

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in Japan. It offers convenience of shopping at closed by Gotemba Premium Outlet and nearby food choices around 5 mins drive. The hotel room is clean and cosy with all necessary amenities. Highly recommend.

The best place for relaxing. Good onsen view and great for shopping lover.

Located near the Gotemba Outlets. Can return to room within 5 min walk after several rounds of shopping. Clean and nice onsen. Wonderful stay. Can see Fuji in room.

Booked a room for 3 and 2. Quite a bit of a squeeze for 3 but other than that, no complaints. Didn’t manage to see Mount Fuji coz of the clouds but honestly that’s just luck I guess.

Excellent location - 5 minute walk to Gotemba Premium Outlets with fantastic view of Mt Fuji from hotel room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There’s a nice bath, a cosy area at the ground floor with drinks and relaxing seats at the library for hotel guests’ use. It would have been perfect if the hotel has a fitness room.

What an amazing hotel for shopping in the outlet & relaxing in the hotel. Also unexpectedly, there is a brilliant hot spring with the great view of Mt Fuji. Its rate is very reasonable! believe l will visit this hotel very soon. Thx

The hotel is not brand new as expected and maintenance is not satisfactory. Overall,it is a bit overpriced .

Make sure to book the mt Fuji view rooms . You pay more but you won’t regret it . Near the premium outlet mall. So it was convenient to walk back after shopping to unload our shopping bags and go for dinner etc . Good to have a car and drive around the various sights seeing points . Room space was surprisingly big for japanese hotels. We could easily open 2 luggages in the room. Onsen was spacious and clean . Must try !

The check out time is 10 am but your check in time is late too. You can’t spent much time if you stay one day

The service and attitude at the front desk are very good. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We also booked private baths at the hotel. Gotemba premium outlet is within walking distance. It's just a pity that we couldn't see the complete Mount Fuji on the day we arrived.
