2 twin rooms for 4, very good value. Will stay again if I revisit that region.

Location: Near to Shinagawa Station which link to most of the place you will visit as a tourist. Cleanliness: the room is clean, not feeling any uncomfortable. Service: We reached the hotel around 8pm after visit Gotemba Premium Outlet, the reception staff is not english speaker but we still able to communicate via google translate & some body language. Facilities: we do not have time to try their facilities, but in room facilities is well maintained. check out process is simple and is friendly. View: I forgot which floor we stayed, but the view is awesome, before we checked out we can see the Mt. Fuji which is superb.

Good hotel and friendly service

One of the flattest hotels in Gotemba, there is a surprise! We booked the largest room, which has a sauna, a super large jacuzzi, and an 85-inch TV and audio and video. It's much bigger than expected! The hotel also has billiards, table tennis, karaoke, and a bunch of comics! Suitable for a large Seto hotel👍👍There is a parking lot, and it only takes 7 minutes to drive to and from Gotemba outlet, very close👍

The room is big, the hygiene is good, the front desk is very friendly, the toiletries are complete, the coffee in the mini bar is delicious, and there is a very convenient parking lot. It is a very nice hotel, recommended

Close to the airport

The room is large and has good facilities, including a private sauna. However, the control panel of the bedside light switch is in a strange position, and the hotel is in an average location. Overall good value for money.

As it used to be a love hotel, the size of the room and the facilities were perfect, but the air conditioner was so loud that I couldn't sleep. Also, although it was good that the laundry was free, the dryer was so weak that it didn't dry even after two hours of running. I didn't have any tools to hang the laundry out, so I was at a loss.

I booked a three-person room. The room is designed with a senior concept and is suitable for living with the elderly. The location is not close to the city and you need to drive by yourself. In addition to check-in, the front desk is fully self-service.

The night shift staff were very good and gave us a great accommodation service during our family trip. We will consider this hotel as a priority in the future❤️

The receptionist was kind and very nice. It was a good trip as the room was spacious and I was able to stay at a reasonable price.

The room and bathroom are very spacious and have high CP value.
