Almost everything was good and the staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. There was one night when the graduation ceremony ended late. Despite arriving at the restaurant shortly before the announced closing time, they happily prepared and served our order. VERY impressive – this would not happen in many countries in the world!
My two criticisms are more comments than criticisms! The breakfast juices were industrial and without variation. (guava, cashew and grape, although there was a detox green juice), I think natural orange or pineapple juice would have been a welcome option.
The second comment - the bacon pieces were cooked to the point where they were tough and difficult to eat.

Chegamos para o check in por volta das 15 hs.
Nos disseram que o apto que reservamos já estava indisponível, o hotel estava cheio.
Questionei o horário, visto que o check in é a partir das 14 hs. Sem explicação convincente.
Nos colocaram em um apto que não tinha nada com nossa reserva. Depois de um certo stress, nos mudaram.
Definitivamente um check in sem nenhum cabimento.
No checkout outro stress.
Queriam cobrar por um consumo que não fizemos.
Depois do constrangimento, chegaram à conclusão que era do hóspede anterior.
Nem desculpa nos pediram. Novamente a equipe se mostrou mal treinada, profissionalismo zero.
Esses foram os pontos negativos.
Qto ao café da manhã, dentro do esperado.
